The Presbyterian Women’s Association
The Presbyterian Women’s Association are a state-wide network of Christian women supporting our Church’s Ministries, participating in the wider work of Christ through inter-church and community bodies.
Our local PWA Branch is a group of women who meet regularly for devotions, prayer, fellowship, mutual support and inspiration. They work in the congregation, under the authority of the Session, for the needs and interests of our local Church and for the wider enterprises of the Presbyterian Church.
Mrs Elaine Secombe is the current president of the PWA.
Our local PWA Branches meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 1pm in the Church hall, and hosts an annual Christmas Carols event which is always a delightful celebration of the Christmas miracle.
